I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Dankook University. I received my Ph.D. from Pennsylvania State University. I had previously studied at Duke University and Dongguk University. My research interests include legislative–executive relations, political parties, and elections, with a particular focus on government formation and its consequences in the Asia-Pacific region. My work has been published in journals such as Party Politics, the Japanese Journal of Political Science, the Asia Pacific Journal of Public Administration, PS: Political Science and Politics, among others.
